Return Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. We are unable to modify the shipping address or shipping method selected at checkout. You accept these terms by making a purchase.

• All prints are final sale and are made to order, which means longer processing times, determined by the time required to print, sign, and prepare the piece.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final due to limited quantities. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. No changes can be made once an order is placed. Please ensure that shipping and billing addresses are accurate. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, contact us at contact@rvndyperez.com.

Shipping

All orders ship from Los Angeles, CA. Allow 7-10 business days for processing of standard items. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

• Print orders require additional processing time due to the made-to-order nature of each print.

Standard shipping time frames are 5-7 business days for ground shipping. Orders refused or returned as undeliverable will incur a 35% restocking fee.

Souuunds LLC is not liable for delayed, misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages during shipping. If the address provided matches the address we shipped to and the tracking shows successful delivery, we are not responsible for misplaced packages. Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable. Contact contact@rvndyperez.com for assistance with recorded evidence, and we will try our best to help.

It is the customer's responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for transit delays.

For international customers, you can pre-pay duties & taxes at checkout. If you opt not to pre-pay, any applicable duties and taxes will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. Refusal to pay these fees will result in no reimbursement for the order.
